If you choose to engage in pro bono representation, we may request non-privileged information regarding participation and outcomes.

By providing your information to us, you explicitly agree to our collection and use of such information as described in this Privacy Policy. The information you provide us must be accurate and up to date. We may verify or validate the information that you provide us through third parties.

  2. To help facilitate a pro bono opportunity connection for you. This includes but is not limited to: sharing information between an organization that provides a pro bono opportunity and any lawyer or law student that has expressed interest in the opportunity.
  3. We may disclose your aggregated, or otherwise non-personal information, including but not limited to hours, outcomes, areas of advocacy, and other information you choose to share with us. We will use this information to further our mission of closing the justice gap and create reports of the good work done by a group you may be affiliated with, including your law firm, organization, school, city, jurisdiction and/or state.

If you do not wish to receive promotional offers from us in the future, you can “opt out” by contacting us at the address indicated at the end of this Privacy Policy or by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in any promotional email you receive from us. Please be aware that you are not able to opt out of receiving communications about your account or your transactions with us.

Subject to any legislation that might, from time to time, oblige us to store the information for a certain period of time, we will respect your wishes to correct inaccurate information.
