Kristen Sonday

Co-Founder & CEO

After graduating from Princeton, Kristen joined the U.S. Department of Justice, where she worked on international criminal affairs in Mexico and Central America. After the DOJ, she joined the founding team of Grouper (Y Combinator W’12), learning how to build startups and use technology to scale networks. Kristen is a Fellow for Stanford’s Latino Entrepreneur Leaders Program, and a Google for Entrepreneurs Code2040 Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Kristen is also a 2017 ABA Woman in Tech to Watch as a result of her access to justice work through Paladin.

Felicity Conrad

Co-Founder & Chairperson

Before founding Paladin, Felicity was a litigator in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. An alumnus of NYU Law, McGill University and Sciences Po Paris, she previously worked at the United Nations on International Criminal Court issues, and has worked in international law around the world. Felicity was named a 2017 ABA Legal Rebel and FastCase 50 legal innovation honoree.

Matt Tucker

CTO

Matt is an engineer and technical leader who believes in the power of technology to build a more just, equitable and sustainable global society. Prior to joining Paladin, he built products for innovative organizations including Hillary for America, charity: water, Thoughtbot and cleantech startup Enernoc.

Ilana Flemming

Director of Client Onboarding

Ilana is passionate about increasing access to justice and empowering attorneys to engage with meaningful pro bono work. Prior to joining Paladin, she was a staff attorney at Cabrini Green Legal Aid, where she worked with major law firms to develop, implement, and manage pro bono programs. After graduating from The George Washington University Law School, Ilana worked in non-profit policy advocacy, advocating on Capitol Hill for laws that improve the health and safety of women.

Eric Krawczyk

Senior Software Engineer

Eric believes that technology is essential for equitable progress. Having worked with seed- and growth-stage startups for several years, he brings extensive experience in taking ideas and turning them into products. Prior to joining the Paladin team, he worked at SkySpecs (Techstars R/GA '15), leveraging autonomous drones to make wind energy cheaper, safer, and more ubiquitous. Eric is thrilled to align his professional work with his personal values and build tools that make justice more accessible.

Kahla Marshall

Operations Associate

Kahla is a self-motivated and progress-driven administrative professional. With a long-standing record of hospitality and organizing client databases, she has developed and executed strategies that will bring value to Paladin.

Her work experiences in the beauty and hospitality industries have allowed her to strengthen her abilities in database management, data entry and meeting planning. She prides herself as being someone who her coworkers can count on to show up and get the job done.

Stephanie Dworkin

Director of Client Success

Stephanie joins us from the corporate team at Goodwin Procter in Boston. Prior to Goodwin, Stephanie worked as a legal intern at the Innocence Project and on the Customer Experience team at ZocDoc. Having worked in both tech and law, she is thrilled to be joining the Paladin team!

Stacy Zinken

Chief Experience Officer

Stacy brings 20 years of cross-functional marketing, business development and client success experience to her role as Chief Experience Officer at Paladin PBC. With her in-house law firm experience, as well as her subsequent experience working within legal technology companies, Stacy is uniquely positioned to connect the dots between strategic value of technology and law firm growth. She builds strategies and programs that are centered on the voice of the client.

Director of Product Design

Sarah is an accomplished design leader with experience using human-centered design practices to build relationships and advocate for people. She has worked in agency and corporate environments, leading teams and delivering innovative solutions across a variety of contexts, including e-commerce, healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications. She is passionate about using design thinking to create happier, healthier, and more equitable communities.

Lona Dallessandro

Director of Product Management

Lona Dallessandro (she / her) is Paladin’s Director of Product Management. In this role, she leads the discovery and development of Paladin’s software innovations to ensure that we are continuously delivery value for our customers and clients. Lona’s product leadership experience includes work for Huntington Bank, Datasite, Autodesk, and Best Buy, as well as several successful startups in the internet services sector. She hold her BS in Science from Penn State University and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. Lona’s passion for service is evident not only in her work here at Paladin, but in her local community, where she sits as an elected member of City Council for Bloomington, MN.
